Christopher is the Chief of Advanced Aviation Programs for MassDOT, where he leads strategic and operational initiatives for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). His career is distinguished by more than two decades of flight experience, beginning with service as a Naval aviator flying anti-submarine helicopters and later as an Army helicopter pilot. Prior to his public service role, he managed complex training programs for military helicopters at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Christopher is an expert in risk management, FAA regulations, and team development, translating complex technical and regulatory matters for diverse audiences. He is dedicated to advancing aviation safety and innovation, drawing from extensive experience in fixed-wing, helicopter, and multi-rotor platforms.
