Alice is the Senior Director of State & Commercial Aviation for Crown Innovations. In this role, Griffith directs Crown’s services in assisting state governments and leading commercial partners in planning and managing the implementation of emerging aircraft operations. This includes uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) and advanced air mobility (AAM) technologies applied to use cases such as health logistics, drone-as-a-first-responder, infrastructure inspection, and data collection. Before joining the UAS-AAM industry, Alice spent a decade in transportation and logistics working with food and health manufacturers. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a master’s degree in finance from American University Kogod School of Business.
