A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chris completed a two-year rotational program with NCDOT, gaining hands-on experience across multiple divisions. He is passionate about applying his technical expertise to improve safety, efficiency, and service delivery in public infrastructure.
