Please note that the individual listed in this registration is not registering to attend the meeting; they are purchasing a sponsorship package. When attendee registration opens for the meeting you are sponsoring, you will have the opportunity to register staff to attend. You will also receive discount codes to redeem any complimentary registrations included with your sponsorship.

 

** Priority hotel room does NOT equate to a complimentary room.  Sponsors/exhibitors will be given priority for access into the host hotel in our group room block, subject to availability.  Please note room block rates at the host hotel vary.

Sponsor Registration Types

To help you select the correct Sponsor Registration Type:

  • Sponsor and Sponsor w/Comp Booth: These options allow you to add an exhibit booth.
  • Exhibit Booth Only: This option is limited to purchasing a booth and does not include a sponsorship.

The Sponsor w/Comp Booth registration type is applicable only to the following sponsorship options:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Host Night Event
  • BOD Reception
  • Premium
  • Platinum
  • Gold
