The Minnesota State Highway Investment Plan (MnSHIP) directs capital investment for Minnesota’s state highway system over a 20-year period. MnSHIP analyzes the impact that different investment scenarios would have on statewide performance measures and proactively identifies trade-offs between funding different aspects of the state highway system. The presentation will cover MnSHIP’s implementation, including analyzing investment spending, developing new funding programs, and performance measure tracking.
