The presentation will provide an overview of the EPIC and IPD initiatives' goals and objectives and the lessons learned during their implementation. The initiatives have completely reorganized TDOT, with a matrix organization that allows teams to work across disciplines to gain new skills and experience. EPIC and IPD have created new career path options for leadership, project management, and proficiency-based technical classifications.
