John Kaliski is a Vice President of CS with expertise in long-range planning, visioning and strategic planning, and economic and workforce development. He has led or supported strategic or long-range planning for multiple state DOTs, including work with the Florida, Georgia, and Texas DOTs among the SASHTO states, as well as with The Eastern Transportation Coalition.  John is the Project Manager working with AASHTO to develop and advance a national transportation vision framework under NCHRP 20-24 (138).  John is a member of the TRB Committee on Strategic Management.
