Dr. Xiaoliang (George) Zhao is a Director for Transportation and NDE at BlueHalo. He has over 25 years of research and development experience in physical acoustics, ultrasonic guided waves technology, elasto-dynamic FEM/BEM modeling, infrastructure health management, wireless sensor system, and traffic operation/management. Dr. Zhao also has experience in AI/ML, Additive Manufacturing, electronics, and system integration. He has been the principal investigator for over 60 government and industrial research contracts. Dr. Zhao has authored/co-authored more than 30 refereed journals/conference papers.
