Michael Skoviera is a Technology and Design team manager at WSB.  He is a licensed PE in Transportation, a Bentley OpenRoads Designer Premier Scholar, and an accredited OpenBridge Modeler. Since 2013, Michael has been modeling roadways, as well as training others, and leading design teams in the use of 3D modeling; from small intersections for cities to multiple large-scale highway projects like CapEx for TxDOT. He also administrates the SYNCHRO Control site and iModel for the CapEx project and helps coordinate modeling best practices across design teams in order to maximize the benefits of the 3D model.
