Dawn Sullivan, P.E., serves as the Deputy Director for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation overseeing the strategic planning, performance management and day-to-day administration of the agency, including finance, multi-modal planning and government affairs. With more than 36 years dedicated to the department, Sullivan began her career as a summer engineering student intern and continued in various technical and leadership roles in the agency, including transportation planning, research, environment, and the delivery of the highway capital program as well as transit, rail and waterways programs.

An Oklahoma Registered Professional Engineer, Sullivan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where she now serves on the College of Engineering Dean's Advisory Board.
