Ben’s technical specialty is in the research, conceptual design, prototyping, deployment, and evaluation of transportation technology. He combines a detailed technical mind with a talent for practical application and an ability to unravel and explain complex topics. He helps clients understand the benefit of new technologies and develop adoption and operational plans that are strategic and implementable. Ben led technical direction of the development of fatality crash risk statistical models in Minnesota.
