Julie Luther Kelso is a licensed Landscape Architect in Arkansas and Texas as well as a certified planner. Her areas of expertise include active transportation planning, parks system master planning, large-scale comprehensive plans, as well as site-specific projects such as corridor redevelopment plans and streetscapes, trail design, and campus planning projects. Julie strives to plan and design places that reflect a community’s values, heritage, and aspirations. She has managed several award-winning projects varying in scale from a few city blocks to several counties. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Minor in Art History, Julie’s career has included work at national firms including Wallace Roberts & Todd as well as HNTB Corporation. She is currently the Vice President of Planning at Crafton Tull in Little Rock, Arkansas.
