As a third generation highway contractor, Lance Lamberth has been around highway construction the majority of his life. Both his father and grandfather are/were Arkansas highway contractors. In 2003 Lance earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Business Administration. He has held virtually every position within Atlas Asphalt, Inc. ranging from laborer to Vice President of Operations. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors for Arkansas Asphalt Paving Association in 2020. He has also been Chairman for both Young Leader Divisions of Arkansas Asphalt Paving Association and Arkansas Associated General Contractors. Lance was recognized by being chosen in the annual publication of Arkansas Business 40 under 40 in 2018.
