Knowing that our design and implementation of solutions can have a significant impact on reducing fatal and life-changing crashes gives him great satisfaction. Bernie is also active nationally with ITS America, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, Institute of Transportation Engineers and Transit Research Board.
