Description: When Hurricanes Helene and Milton struck in quick succession, the southeastern U.S. faced one of the largest debris monitoring and collection efforts in recent history. True North Emergency Management, a Neel-Schaffer company, mobilized expert teams across Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia to tackle the unprecedented scale of these disasters. Our presentation features Neel-Schaffer and True North project managers, along with Emily Fish, Georgia DOT's Director of Emergency Operations, providing a state-level perspective on disaster response.
