This session highlights the US191/MT64 Optimization Plan, a first-of-its-kind collaborative effort in Montana that brings together public agencies, private industry, and local stakeholders to improve mobility and safety in a high-demand, environmentally sensitive region. Through a context-sensitive solutions approach and innovative funding strategies, the project sets a replicable model for sustainable infrastructure development in scenic and recreation corridors.
