Mr. Hastings is Benesch's Colorado Division Manager. He has been serving state and local public agencies and private clients by providing engineering design, construction administration, and managing projects since 2006, including dozens of federally funded and alternative delivery projects. Jess’s project experience in these areas covers a wide range and includes small to billion-dollar projects. He also has experience and expertise in working with railroads and utility companies. His strong interpersonal skills and broad technical background are a proven combination for driving innovation and successfully delivering projects.
