Erika Kemp serves as director of the Strategic Initiatives and Innovation Division.

Kemp’s responsibilities include leadership and strategic direction for the innovation and continuous improvement of people and processes of the agency. As the division director, she oversees business process improvements, strategic research, innovation initiatives, coordinating TxDOT's strategies, performance analytics across TxDOT, and the enterprise strategic administrative programs and governance.

Kemp’s experience extends across the areas of leadership, strategic planning, operations, portfolio and project management and technology programs.
