Exhibition hours are as follows:
- Setup: Monday, June 3, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Opening Night Reception in the Exhibit Hall: Monday, June 3, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Exhibit Hours: Tuesday, June 4, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Exhibit Hours: Wednesday, June 5, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Tear Down: Wednesday, June 5, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Exhibitor FAQs
When and how do I select my booth preference?
During registration, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred booth (based on remaining booths available, as assignment is on a first-come, first-served basis).
When is my payment due?
You are welcome to pay by credit card during your registration. If opting to pay by check, all fees must be paid by May 1, 2024, in order to receive recognition on the event website and on event signage. No booth space will be confirmed without payment by any exhibitor. If you choose to pay via check, you will have 30 days to submit payment and keep your selected booth location.
What if I need to cancel?
If Show Management receives a written request for cancellation of space on or before March 31, 2024, the exhibitor will be liable for 50% of the total cost of space canceled. For cancellations received on or after April 1, 2024, exhibitors are liable for 100% of the cost of space.
