Tami Alexander joined KDOT in May 2022 to work on state planning for EV charging and electric transportation. Prior to that, Tami worked for Metropolitan Energy Center as a Senior Program Coordinator and the Central Kansas Clean Cities Coordinator where she was responsible for transportation programs for electric and alternative fuel vehicles, infrastructure, and education. She has Bachelor‘s degrees in Mathematics-Statistics and Geology and a Master’s in Environmental Science all from Wichita State University.
