He has over 23 years of engineering experience ranging from $200M transportation design-build projects to sophisticated intelligent transportation solutions. He has successfully led multiple technology projects designed to provide equitable, safe, and reliable transportation that have advanced mobility at a national level. Andy received his BCSE from Ohio Northern University and his MSCE from The Ohio State University.
