Description

This session will explore how State DOTs are working with and around existing, ongoing, and upcoming challenges related to transportation project delivery.  From the ongoing changes to the Waters of the U.S. ruling, permitting in the midst of climate change and rising sea levels, and finding suitable mitigation strategies...to considering the NEPA assignment, this group will discuss challenges we all face and identify some solutions they have successfully utilized.
