Kimberly Lesay is the Bureau Chief of Policy & Planning at the Connecticut Department of Transportation. Kimberly began her career in Environmental Planning and has over 29 years in the Transportation industry. Much of her career has been dedicated to public sector service, and in 2021 she was awarded CT WTS Woman of the Year. Overseeing a variety of responsibilities at Connecticut DOT, her passion still lies in environmental planning where she has championed process improvements on the state and federal levels.
