Bill brings three decades of experience from both the government and private sector in this leadership role. Previously, Bill served as Vice President and Senior Director for management consulting, energy advisory services, and integrated risk management at Gannet Fleming. He honed his skills from 2015-2022 with the Department of Transportation dedicating eight years as Director and Chief Executive Officer for the North Dakota Department of Transportation and the Wyoming Department of Transportation while serving on the governors’ cabinets. Earlier in his career, Bill spearheaded automotive manufacturing innovation and technology research in 26 countries, as Group Manager at TRW Automotive Group and for TRW's Space and Defense Group as a member of the technical staff.
