As Cavnue’s Chief Commercial Officer, Karl and team are responsible for developing, securing, constructing, and operating Cavnue’s pipeline of advanced road infrastructure projects across multiple US states. His career includes senior executive positions with Equitix, Bombardier Transportation, AECOM/AECOM Capital, and Skanska. Karl has led consortia in securing +20B in greenfield Public-Private Partnership (P3) infrastructure projects representing +$2B in private equity investments including among the largest, most complex P3s awarded in North American history. He is a former government executive, serving multiple appointments under NY Governor George E. Pataki and US President George W. Bush.
