Jerry Holder is a Sr. Vice President for Garver, and the Director of our Enterprise Solutions business. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas.

Having had the opportunity to have worked in multiple states during his career, Jerry has been involved in large programs for cities, counties, toll authorities and DOT’s. He has 38 years of experience in the engineering business. He started out as an aviation engineer and moved to transportation after getting his PE license.

He has been married to his wife Pam for 38 years and has three children and two grandchildren. When not working for Garver, Jerry is working for his wife cleaning horse stalls and mending fences.
