The conference room block is subject to availability. Room rates, taxes, and incidentals are the responsibility of the registrant. Specific room types are also subject to availability.

Reservations will be made through a room list, and confirmation numbers will be provided closer to the conference date.

If the registrant plans to make their own hotel reservations, please select "No Lodging Required." Note: Selecting "No Lodging Required" means we will NOT make a hotel reservation for the registrant.

Meetings, exhibit hall, breakfasts and lunches will take place in the Lexington Convention Center.  

SASHTO will be utilizing seven hotels in and around Lexington.  Most hotels are within walking distance of each other and the Convention Center. 

Please note: Government room blocks are for State DOT/FHWA Only.  If you select a Government Rate room and are not registered under the State DOT/FHWA registration type you will be moved to a Standard room.  If you have registered under the incorrect registration type you will be moved to the correct registration type and room.

All hotel rooms are subject to an 16.07% tax.

Room blocks are limited and will sell out.  If the hotel of choice is not available please select a different hotel.
