 ​The Radisson Blu Mall of America serves as the host hotel for the 2025 MAASTO CAV Summit, offering attendees unparalleled convenience and comfort. The only way to secure a hotel room within our discounted room block is by selecting hotel needs during the online registration.  Reservations will be made through a room list, and confirmation numbers will be provided closer to the conference date.

Committee Members: Hotel accommodation and parking are covered by MAASTO for two nights during the main program dates, June 16-18. We recommend registering as early as possible and indicating your hotel requirements within your registration form. Committee members will need to register before the hotel cut-off date, Friday, May 16, 2025, to be guaranteed a hotel room.

All Other Attendees: The pre-negotiated group rate is $209 per night + taxes/fees (for single or double occupancy). Rooms are available for two nights during the main program dates, June 16-18. Our group rate is available until the hotel cut-off date, Friday, May 16, 2025, or until rooms are sold-out. We recommend registering and reserving your room as early as possible as we do expect rooms to sell out.

You may cancel your request without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of your check-in date; after that, there is a cancellation penalty of one night's stay.
