Any employee of a non-State DOT public entity, including but not limited to counties, cities, academia, and non-profit organizations

PRIVATE SECTOR

Any attendee representing a private sector company

SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION (Complimentary)

This is the registration type used by a sponsor or exhibitor using a complimentary registration.  A comp code is needed to use this registration type.

SPOUSE | GUEST

Any guest of a registered attendee.  This registrant only has access to the spouse/guest hospitality suite, the Welcome Reception and Closing Night Reception.  There is no access to the meetings, breakfasts or lunches at the conference.

Guest registration types are selected within a individual's registration by selecting the 'add a guest' button.  Guests will have limited access to the conference.

Note: Registrants who select an incorrect registration type may be reassigned to the appropriate registration type. Any associated housing requests will also be adjusted accordingly. The registrant will be charged the current registration fee at the time of reassignment.
