Lorri Economy, Director of Employee Development for UDOT, is dedicated to creating an environment where individuals can evolve, and organizations can adapt and flourish. She is responsible for developing and delivering talent management initiatives, including strategic workforce management, onboarding, technical skill development, knowledge management, leadership development, and career planning.

She holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and has earned a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy, as well as a second Master's degree in Organizational Performance and Change. She has been in her role since 2014 and has 20 years of experience in talent management and believes that with intention, we can create a workplace environment where individuals can thrive, and organizations grow.
