Welcome, venue and destination partners. This site is the official home for WASHTO Annual Meeting Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Review the specifications for each open year and submit your proposal online. Housman & Associates (H&A) manages the Annual Meeting on behalf of WASHTO.

WASHTO brings together the transportation departments of 18 Western states to exchange ideas, explore and adapt techniques, and promote quality and best practices. The Annual Meeting rotates to a different member state each year and is a unique opportunity to showcase the host state and city through a golf tournament, local activities, technical tours and signature evening events. Venues that showcase the city in a distinctive way (rooftop or waterfront reception space, outdoor event areas, signature views) are a strong benefit.

How It Works

1. Review the Open RFPs, Meeting Space Needs and Concessions & Terms.
2. Submit one online proposal per property or destination package (you may select multiple years).
3. Hear back from H&A after the review period. See the Submission Process & FAQ for details.

WASHTO members include the Transportation Departments (or equivalent) and their employees in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, as well as associate members Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and the Navajo Nation.
