MAASTO 2025 is an annual conference for ten midwestern state DOTs to share best practices, potential collaborations and inter-operative ideas. It will be held in downtown Minneapolis at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis from August 25-27, 2025. The conference theme is Mid-America on the Move. 

Historically, attendance has included State DOT employees, FHWA leadership, and infrastructure related consultants and contractors.  There will be two days of presentations on technical topics with four program tracks of safety, sustainability, stewardship and Innovation.  In addition, there will be a golf event, and a bike tour, and evening entertainment options.
