Our host for the MAASTO CAV Conference offers a savvy retreat on the banks of the Iowa River. Their cutting-edge event space offers an ideal environment for our time together.

After hours, grab a drink or a meal at their in-house restaurant and coffee shop or head out to explore the hotel's neighbors in Iowa River Landing. Enjoy international restaurants, luxury retailers, and brewpubs all within walking distance of the hotel.

This energetic haven at a beautifully scenic locale will be the perfect home base for us in June.

Hotel Reservations

If you need overnight accommodations during our conference, please use the form within our online registration to submit your request. 

Our group rate of $109/per night + taxes/fees (for single or double occupancy) is available during the main program dates, June 19-21. If you need to extend your stay before or after, please indicate this need during registration, and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm availability and pricing. Our group rate is available until Friday, May 26, or until rooms are sold-out. We do recommend registering and requesting your room as early as possible.

If you are driving to the conference, overnight self-parking is $8/vehicle at the hotel, or $1/hour if you are not staying at the hotel.

You may cancel your request without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of your check-in date; after that, there is a cancellation penalty of one night's stay.

Our hotel is located on the beautiful Iowa River, offering guests scenic views of the wetlands. Beautiful outdoor walkways behind the hotel meander through a private outdoor pond and connect to a river walk along the Iowa River.

The hotel is located conveniently in the Iowa River Landing, giving you easy access to numerous restaurants, bars, and boutiques right outside the hotel doors.

At the conclusion of the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to visit the University of Iowa Driving Safety Research Institute (DSRI). While DSRI staff will be on-hand and will speak during our conference, they are also offering this on-site visit to include detailed discussion and demonstration of automated vehicle technology, including the ADS for Rural America project. DSRI is located at 2401 Oakdale Boulevard in Coralville, about a 10-minute drive from the Hyatt Regency. Attendees will need to provide their own transportation to DSRI, and parking is free. Space is limited and advance registration is required. We will offer two visit times from 12:30-1:30 PM and from 1:30-2:30 PM.
