The complimentary conference registration must be made along with the hotel reservation within 30 days of signing up for the sponsorship and/or exhibit booth. There are no guarantees a hotel room will be available after the 30-day window.

• Setup: Monday, June 19, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Opening Night Reception in the Exhibit Hall: Monday, June 19, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM 
• Exhibit Hours: Tuesday, June 20, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Exhibit Hours: Wednesday, June 21, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Tear Down: Wednesday, June 21, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

When and how do I select my booth preference?
During registration, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred booth (based on remaining booths available, as assignment is on a first-come, first-served basis). Click here for a diagram of our exhibit space.

When is my payment due?
You are welcome to pay by credit card during your registration. If opting to pay by check, all fees must be paid by June 1, 2023, in order to receive recognition on the event website and on event signage. No booth space will be confirmed without payment by any exhibitor. If you choose to pay via check, you will have 30 days to submit payment and keep your selected booth location.

What if I need to cancel?
If Show Management receives a written request for cancellation of space on or before April 30, 2023, the exhibitor will be liable for 50% of the total cost of space canceled. For cancellations received on or after May 1, 2023, exhibitors are liable for 100% of the cost of space.
